Try to book an entertainer at least 3 months before the party as we get booked up early

We are mobile entertainers and can travel to your chosen location anywhere in London. (surcharge applies outside M25).

This can be:

• Your home/garden
• A community centre
• A church hall
• A pub/restaurant
• A local park (please note that you may need a permit to have your party at some public spaces. It is your responsibility as the event organiser to obtain all necessary permissions)

You can book any day of the week

• At weekends our slots are anytime between 10am-1pm and 3pm-6pm
• We have a special discount for weekday parties with no fixed time slots
• Minimum spend applies on weekend afternoons

The price depends on several factors like location, duration, party type etc. You simply have to fill out the booking form and we will send you a free quote

Usually, if the children are able to sit in a circle and play “Duck, duck, goose”, this should be considered enough space for the entertainment

1. Fill out the booking form. You will receive an email with our availability and final quote. If you’re happy to proceed we will then send you an invoice for you to finalise the booking
2. To secure a booking you need to make a payment via bank transfer

You can either:

• Pay the full balance

or

• Pay 50% as a deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance (50%) would be due up to 5 working days before the party

• A portable speaker
• A bubble machine
• Prizes for the winners
• A balloon for every child
• Temporary tattoos
• Magic props
• All other props and equipment needed for the entertainment

• Invitations
• Enough space for the entertainment 
• Free parking with easy access to the venue
• Food & drinks for your guests
• Birthday cake

You may also consider having:

• Decorations
• A piñata
• Pass the parcel

Things to consider:

• Having balloons outside the venue can make it easier for your guests (and entertainer) to find you
• It is not the entertainer who will make the day special but the birthday child’s family and friends. Join the fun and your child will love it
• Bring bags/sacks to take any presents home
• Remember to bring a lighter to light the candles for the cake

Things to avoid:

• Bouncy castles
• Squeakers and blowers
• Balloons on the floor
• Too much noise

All of the above may distract the children so try to avoid them to get the most out of your entertainment with us

We have no hidden charges! All charges are added according to the information provided on the booking form. Customers are informed of any additional charges prior to making a booking. There are surcharges for:

• Travel costs
• Parking costs
• Joint Parties
• Parties 2 weeks before and after Easter
• Parties 2 weeks before and  after Halloween
• All parties in December
