After you go through our quick and easy booking process all you have to do is to relax and enjoy a stress-free kids’ party. Our entertainers usually arrive between 15-30 minutes before the event to set up and be ready to start on time. All the equipment for the entertainment is provided by us – a portable stereo, disco lights, bubble machine, parcel for “pass the parcel”, prizes for the winners, and much more!

When should I hire an entertainer with Rico Kids?
It’s always best to plan your party and hire your children’s entertainer with Rico Kids roughly around 2-3 months before the event. This way the chance that our entertainers will be available for your desired date and time is a lot higher. Sometimes of course you might be lucky, and get a last-minute booking. However, we strongly advise you to plan your party upfront.
Which day of the week is best for having a kids' party?
It is entirely up to you to choose a suitable date, and time for your party. Most parents would however prefer to have it over the weekend when most of the guests, classmates, and friends of the birthday child will be able to attend. This is something very important – make sure you choose a day of the week that will allow the majority of the invited guests to attend. The reason being is that even if you have an entertainer, bouncy castle, face painter, and many other activities planned – without guests, and lots of children the party will not happen.
Where can I have my party?
You can have your kids party with us anywhere it’s convenient for you, and your guests. As mobile entertainers, we will get to any destination within the M25 carrying all equipment, and props needed for the entertainment. Some parents prefer to have a kids’ party in their living room, others in a local venue, or a restaurant, church hall, or in the park – it is entirely up to you. It’s just good to keep in mind that you must have a contingency plan in case it’s raining, and you are having an outdoor party.
